The following provides a basic overview of how a staff timesheet is created and submitted

Timesheet Created

Staff create a timesheet for the working week and can edit their start, break and finish times along with other information that is required by the business owner or manager.

Real Time Updates

Staff can add notes or other information at any time during the working week with all information saved into a centralised database.

Submit Timesheet

At the end of the working week, staff submit their timesheet for approval to their manager. The manager receives an email and can select to approve or deny the timesheet based on the information provided. 

Real Time Overview

Managers can quickly view which staff members have or have not created or submitted a timesheet for the week and can easily contact all staff directly through the web app. 

Data Export

Timesheet data can be exported from Simple-T to be used in external systems such as payroll for further processing.
